June 22 Yndi Hot Yoga and Summer Sound Immersion at Shilo Farm, 88 Beech Road, Eliot, ME/ 4:oo pm. Embrace the summer, stretch and renew your spirit! This class will feature hot yoga taught by the amazing Lana Vogestad, accompanied with soft percussion by the very talented PJ Donahue.
